Frequently asked questions

What is localization?

In our context, localization refers to the process of adapting and customizing a product, say a script, to meet the language-specific needs of your market. There are different ways of achieving this, but we specialize in CCSLs (used primarily for dubbing) and Captions (subtitles). We also check your On-Screen-Text and consistency throughout.

How does localization work?

There are many steps between the post production of a feature and the subtitles you enjoy. We work behind the scenes to create and translate the audio and visual elements of media into a script which is ultimately converted to different subtitles based on client requirement.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing varies depending on the running time of your media or the length of your text. AV media are calculated based on running time, whereas texts are calculated per 1,000 words. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. Please visit our Pricing page for more information.

Do you offer any services unrelated to language?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer any services not listed on this website. However, we are always expanding to meet the needs of our clients, so watch this space.
